Fragry is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the perfume brands, designers, or manufacturers whose products are listed, reviewed, or discussed within the App.
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks displayed within the Fragry App or on this website are the property of their respective owners. The use of these trademarks and brand names in the App is solely for descriptive and identification purposes (i.e., nominative fair use) to allow users to discuss and discover specific fragrance products. Images are used for identification purposes under nominative fair use where applicable.
We do not claim ownership over any third-party intellectual property, nor do we sell the fragrances listed in the App.
2. User-Generated Content
Users may post reviews, ratings, and collections. By posting content, you grant FRAGRY INC. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
